Standard tier ($29)

Full refund within 30 days of payment if your build has not yet started. No refund once building has commenced.

Priority tier ($99)

Full refund within 14 days of payment. We commit to starting your build within 48 hours of payment.

Equity tier ($299)

Full refund within 14 days of payment. We commit to starting your build within 48 hours and a personal scoping call within 24 hours.

Email hello@streamlinewebapps.com with your submission ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
