What you're buying

A one-time fee to have Streamline build an AI-assisted MVP web app based on your submitted idea. You receive a perpetual 25% revenue share of all app revenue.

What we build

We build apps at our professional discretion. We reserve the right to decline ideas that are illegal, harmful, or outside our capability. In this case, a full refund is issued.

Intellectual property

Streamline Webapps retains ownership of the code and infrastructure. You receive a perpetual licence to the 25% revenue share. Equity tier customers receive a signed legal deed.

Revenue share

25% of net revenue is paid quarterly to your nominated AU bank account. Minimum payout threshold is AUD $50. Revenue is calculated after platform fees and taxes.

Liability

We build in good faith but cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your submission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
